Any cancellations/reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the service total. No-shows and cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment start time are charged 100% of the service total. Reschedule Policy: You may reschedule your original appointment twice without charge (unless it’s less than 48 hours in advance, see Cancellation Policy above). Rescheduling a third time will result in a charge of 25% of the service total.
